2 – 5 Pendlay Row @ 80-85kg = all sets 85×5

Found both the deficit hspu and strict c2b hard. Looking forward to working on these are they are obviously a big gap in my performance.

A. HBBS – 5×20 @ 40-45kg Rest 90s = 45/45/45/45/45 (got a serious low back pump on these, at 100 reps I feel like this is about as much volume as I can take).
B. 1 Hang Clean + 1 Clean + 1 Jerk – 7x = 110/115/120/120/122.5/122.5/122.5
C. Good Mornings – 4x 5-6 rest 2 mins = 6×80/80/80/80/80 (did 5 sets by mistake)

EMOM 10
1 – 25-30s Hanging L-Sit = 20/12/12/12/10″ (found these VERY hard)
2 – 30s FLR = all sets 30″ easy.
