With the inclusion of more handstand work I’ve made significant improvements in my HSH. Kicking up into a 20 second hold is almost standard now, a lot more confident with it.

Was supposed to rest 5 mins but had a tantrum after breaking down in the last set; failing a muscle up and a snatch so ended up resting 15 mins.
