Had 2 hours sleep last night so rammed in 3 coffees and a caffeine BCAA drink then hit the first session.

AM
A. Deadlift – 6×1.1 Rest 20s/2 min = felt (surprisingly) very good so built up to a heavy single = 226 PB.
B. Hang Clean + Split Jerk – 7×2 Rest 2 min = 110/115/118/121/124/124/124

1 Hour rest

Easy 5km Row @ 2:00 pace = 1.59.0 split

Sacked off evening session, could barely stay awake. Will catch up tomorrow.
