Tag 2 Test Run = 2.42

Not going to bother doing this again, it’s enough to qualify.

Over the weekend I’d organised to get a lot of people lifting today to create a good atmosphere so changed the split back.

MD
Warm Up with EMOM 10 – 3-5 Depth Drops = 3 from 12 inches.
A.Snatch Pull – 6×3 Rest 2 mins = 120/120/122.5/122.5/122.5/122.5 – position is miles better. Able to keep solid back angle and use legs.
B.Snatch – Build to heavy single in 10-15 mins = 112.5 (failed 116 twice)
C.Snatch – 7×1 @ 90% Rest as needed = 101.5 = Took 8 lifts to make 7.
D.Front Squat – 5×5 Rest 2-3 mins (No pauses, at end of each set hold front rack fro 20s.) = 120 all sets, no belt.
