C.Hang Snatch + Snatch – Build to heavy single in 15 mins = 105 (failed 110 Sn).
D.Hang Snatch + SNatch – 7x @ 90% = 95/”/”/”/F Sn/95/F Sn
E.Front Squat – 5×5 Rest 2-3 mins (Halt 1s @ just above parallell) = 110 all sets.
