Full Jowsey (low back) routine.

Went with the intention of catching up on yesterday’s 100 burpee/row session but low back was still sore so hit this:

2 – 6 Def HSPU @5″

Waited till this eve to see if low back eased off but no luck so edited yesterday’s missed session a little and hit this:

Amrap 20′:
120 Burpees = 7:00
Max AAB Cals in remaining time
= 204 Cal
Av RPM = 65
Av/Max HR = 175/184
