Knee feeling better. Less swelling, no pain. Should be able to squat today.

A. Halting Clean Grip Deadlift – 5×5 Rest 2 mins (Halt 1s 1cm off floor, halt1s at knee – try to add weight) = all sets 132.5
B. Clean + Jerk – 7x1Rest 2 min – X Could not do. Left knee painful with triple extension.
C. Front Squat – Build to 1RM w/pause at bottom = 140
D. FS – 10×1 @95% of C = 126 all sets.
E. Single Leg Deadlift – 5×10 Rest 60s b/w legs = all sets 40kg
+
F. KB Front rack step-up @24″ – 5×16 = 2x20kg KB’s all sets. Hard.
G. Good morning – 4×6 = 75/75/77.5/80
