Threw some handstand work in to the warm up. About 15 mins of walks, around cones, over hurdles. Accumulated 10 freestanding HSPU.
A.Pendlay Row – 5×12-15 Rest 60s = 70kgx15/x15/x14/x13/x13
B.Strict Ring Dips – 5x MAX Rest 60s = 23/17/12/7/6
C1. Ring pushups – 5×20 Rest 30s = UB/UB/UB/15+5/13+7
C2. Banded Pressdowns – 5×20 rest 2 mins = done

Earlier in the week I swapped out some T2B for GHDSU so swapped them back in for this EMOM:
EMOM 12
1 – 1 Muscle Up + 20s Pause at top = all UB JUST
2 – 15-20 GHD Situps X 15 T2B = all UB JUST

EMOM 20′: 2 GTOH @110-120 = 110×8, 112.5×6, 115×6. No belt.

EMOM 10′: 2 Power Sn @80-90 = all 90×2 Tng
