Filmed movements for Xendurance European Champs qualifiers.
G2OH, rowing, walls balls and c2b (all light easy stuff).
1 – 6-10 MU = 8/5/6/6/6/5/6
2 – 100 ft Bandbell walk (back rack) @140kg + 2x32kg KB’s
3 – 50 DU
Planned to hit the MU/farmers carry/sled drag but no sled and didn’t want to fry grip as needed to demo the movements for filming. Hit the above instead. MU were really hard on rings on long straps (went up to about 18 ft and were a little bouncy??)
