C.Good Morning – 4×6 rest 2 mins = couldnt do this because of back so swapped for:
C. s.leg barbell rdl – 5×10 each side = 20/”/25/”/” this was really hard and I think exposes a serious weakness in my unilateral hamstring stabilisation/strength.
