20′ Amrap:
5 strict pull ups
10 ring push ups (feet level with bottom of rings)
20 KB FR Walking lunge @2x20kg
= 10 rounds + 1 pull up

Toughest part of this was shoulder fatigue (some accumulated from yday) particularly in FR lunges.

PM

Airdyne 60 mins @ 75-80RPM

Every 10 mins come off and do 20 Hollow Rocks (if painful do a 60s FLR)

Did hollow rocks for first 30 mins, FLR for second 30 mins

Av HR = 144bpm
