A – Full jowsey lunges with thoracic mob mixed in:

B – s.leg calf raise 5×10 = 10/10/10/8/6 – shows a massive weakness in strength of calves, seriously need to work on this, could translate into better triple extension and less of the calf fatigue i get from large amounts of running/double unders.
