Pushed very hard on this. Didn’t have a HR monitor on but I would imagine I was up in the high 170ies for most of it and high 180ies at the end. The MU were UB comfortably, clusters in singles, run was tough, didn’t find I could recover on it as I would on a row/skierg. Need to work on running.
