1km row at tough pace
= 3.17.8 (1.38.9), 173/182

Pushed hard on each piece but I can’t get my heart rate above 184. Found this on other hard pieces too. I do find however that my muscle give out before I get gassed I.e. Had to put the bar down on the row/thr piece because of quads as opposed to being gassed. Useful hitting these hard pieces as I’m getting more familiar with pushing to the high end aerobic but need to access higher heart rates.
