After falling off on the HSPU so badly the other week on a similarly programmed piece, I broke up the T2B early, pre-empting it breaking down. Think I paced it too much as I managed UB on the last set and almost 30″ faster.

A. Front Squat – 5×6-8 @ 105kg Rest 2 mins = 105×8/”/”/”/105×6 (no belt, no sleeves)
B. Clean Grip Deadlift – 5×2 Rest 2 mins = 150/”/”/”/” (worked hard on position and chest up)
C. Clean – 10×2 Rest 2 mins @ 95% (131kg) = 125/”/”/”/127.5/”/”/127.5×1/125/”
D. Clean and jerk – 5×2 Rest 2 mins @ 80-85% = 110/112.5/115/117.5/”

This session was about survival. Hardest lifting session I’ve done in a while. A lot of heavy reps, couldn’t make the full 95% on the clean

AD 20′, every 5′: 3-4′ mobility.

Had to cut out the evening session, MD session wrote me off. Fatigue is contributed to by the pieces I did yesterday, should have take a proper recovery day. Lesson learnt.
