Joined in the class today and hit it at what felt a low intensity. Think it was programmed after someone saw me hit the AMRAPs on Tuesday as its identical. It was originally four 5’amraps but I extended it t 7′ with a 1′ rest between.

Really didn’t feel like I was pushing hard on these so I was surprised to see my HR so high.
