3 – 8 Alt Pistols = all sets 8 easy.

Back squats and pistols both felt really good. Little bit of bounce, comfortable bottom position and no knee pain. Still not keeping up on the snatch but I think that’s heaviest I’ve hit for 5 sets of doubles.
