B. Heavy Jerk Dips – 4×5 Rest 2 mins = 140/150/155/155/155

Struggle to pause at the top of the strict c2b so it was more like 21×0. Find that top 2 inches really tough though a lot better than it was.

Found this emom very easy but good to focus on hitting all sets of mu ub. Filmed last 3 sets and will upload to youtube channel.
