1 – 1-2 Legless Rope Climb = all sets 2 reps, 5-10″ rest between reps.
2 – 3-5 Strict Deficit HSPU = 5/5/5/5/5/4/3 @2.5 inches
3- 8-10 Strict Ring Dips = all sets 10 ub
On the HSPU and ring dip I was starting to push towards the end of the minute on sets 6&7 before starting the set in order to get more rest.
