B.Snatch Pull – 6×2 @110-120% Rest 2 mins = 110/110/115/115/115/115
C.Hi Hang Snatch + Hang Snatch – x6 @ 75-80% of Hang Snatch 1RM = 82.5-88kg = 82.5/82.5/85/85/87.5/87.5
D.Hip Extensions – 5×20 @ 31×3 Rest 2 mins = 14/11/12/11/11 – these always kill me.

B – Sn pulls were a bit disappointing, could only handle 115 before my ass started shooting up.

Total Cals = 1797, Total time = 1 hr 8mins, Av HR = 142, Max HR = 155.

Changed the hollow hold to every 200 cals as I was getting 100 in 3-3’30” which I thought would be too many hollows for me to handle.
