Snatch pulls felt good today, I think I got a lot more out of them having them at the beginning when I’m fresher.
Sn balance felt crap today but power snatches felt really good. Happy to hit 107.5×2.
EMOM was really challenging, especially the FR hold with a jacked up HR from the wall balls.
