Those HSPU dropped off, real quick. Not happy with the number on these but it’s an improvement.

10 minutes sprinting/agility/cutting drills – just a little messing about with guys in the gym.

This was a tough but enjoyable session, hard work and getting used to operating at a higher heart rate than i think i’m comfortable at but i’m aware i still need to push into the high end aerobic power more.
