Every time I see the splits for the week I think I’m going to struggle to hit them and every time I manage to stay on the lower boundary. Ate well yesterday and felt especially good for it this morning.

Happy to finally hit 100 on the lunge. Sn balance still feels alien and uncomfortable but I wasn’t feeling too supple today either.

Farmers carry was toughest part of this by far, forearms and traps. Would have walked further on hsw but had to do this one during a class so space was limited, had to stick with a 40ft section.
