15 burp (touch hands behind head)
Aimed to keep sub 3′ per round. Turned it up a little on round 6 especially on the row. Average split on the 500’s was 1.45 – 1.49. Burpees were taking 45-55″. Dropped split to 1.41 – 1.43 on last two rounds and sprinted last set of burpees. Should have gone harder, sooner.
