Piece felt manageable, screen on AD flicks between different readouts automatically so hard to pace based on calories. AD2 also has slighter lighter resistance I think but haven’t confirmed this.
1RM SQ = 165 (no knee pain but feel unstable and squat pattern feels awkward).
AMRAP @ 85% = 140×8 reps.
For Time: 20 sets of 5 UB C2B = 5.58.
C2B piece started well, found about set 8 sets kip started to go. Set 13 fatigue really kicked in, kip went very inefficient.
