Complete 1st 18, then 1st 18 + 2nd 18, then 1st + 2nd + 3rd etc.

3 sets: 30 Jumping Lunges + 20 Jumping Squats, 1’R.

30 Pistol step ups onto 26.5″ box, alt. legs each rep.
